History of The Rochester DX Association

Founded in 1947 in Rochester, NY, the Rochester DX Association (W2RDX) is an amateur radio organization dedicated to the art and science of DX operating and contesting. RDXA has been an ARRL affiliated club since its founding.
Club membership numbers approximately 70 amateurs in the Finger Lakes region of Western New York. Interests of the members range from the obvious pursuits of HF DX'ing and contesting to satellite operating, restoration and operation of antique gear, QRP building and operating, RTTY, ATV and digital modes, VHF and microwave DX'ing and contesting...and so much more.
MEETING INFORMATION: Meetings are held at the Monroe County Emergency Operations Center at 1190 Scottsville Rd. on the second floor meeting room every third Tuesday of the month at 7:30pm. Meetings are open to all Radio Amateurs. Join us.
